If the guest wishes to treat stubborn stains on their clothes, we will ring and discuss it with them as it will be at their own risk.
We wash according to the instructions on the label.
All items handed over need to be colour fast and pre shrunk.
Compensation is capped at 10 times the actual washing price.

Roz Freeman-Attwood is the inspiration and owner of the Laundry Galle. Through her many years as an International Spa Consultant, she understands the need for quality and service, and has now extended her passion for perfection and attention to detail, to laundry.
As a resident of Sri Lanka for over a decade, Roz created The Laundry Galle to fill a gap in the market, offering a high quality professional service to the Hotels, Villas and visitors of Galle.
Mana Samarasinghe, was born and raised in Galle , but has spent many years in New Zealand gaining International understanding of the service sector. His fluency in English, combined with his experience of working within the laundry industry, made him the ideal business partner for The Laundry Galle.
